John D. Wiebe

Vice President of Operations CONUS. Proudly retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel in 2018. His 35 years of service has been in the highest commands of the United States Government including the Department of Defense, Department of the Army and the National Guard Bureau. He is the graduate of the prestigious U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, Advanced U.S. Army Engineer School, Advanced Human Resources School, and Advanced Manpower Management School. He is a life member of the Corps of Engineers, Army Engineer Association, Army Signal Corps, among others. He worked for Industrial Plants Corporation in his early years.
